SOLENVIA Caregivers Enters Florida with First Franchise Agreement

SOLENVIA Caregivers has signed its first franchise agreement, taking the senior home care brand into Florida with two territories across Tampa Bay.
SOLENVIA Caregivers, a senior home care provider specializing in dementia expertise and rapid response, has officially signed its first franchise agreement. The deal marks the brand's strategic entry into the Florida market, covering two key territories in the Tampa Bay area.
Strategic Expansion into Tampa Bay
Husband-and-wife team Shaun and Jaminy Seagriff have been awarded territories encompassing Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. This expansion follows the recent launch of the SOLENVIA Caregivers franchise program earlier this year.
"Awarding our first franchise territories is a huge milestone for SOLENVIA Caregivers. We built this brand to be the most reliable name in home care, and to provide peace of mind to families and clients in markets across the country."
Bryan Dylewski, founder of SOLENVIA Caregivers, noted that the Seagriffs represent the ideal ownership profile to carry the brand's mission into the competitive Florida landscape.
A Model Built on Reliability
The Seagriffs bring a sophisticated professional background to the venture; Shaun serves as Global Treasurer of MarineMax, Inc., while Jaminy is a talent acquisition leader with a background in nursing and nuclear medicine. Their decision was driven by the brand's operational differentiators, including a high case fill rate and Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) training.
"What stood out to us about SOLENVIA Caregivers was the reliability built into every part of the model – from how quickly caregivers are placed, to how consistently they show up for families."
The duo plans to leverage their personal experience with Alzheimer’s to provide specialized care, focusing on building referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and senior living communities across Tampa Bay.
Disrupting the Home Care Industry
SOLENVIA Caregivers distinguishes itself through a speed-to-market approach, placing caregivers within two to three hours—significantly faster than the industry standard. By employing staff directly as W-2 employees rather than contractors, the brand aims to reduce turnover and ensure consistent service quality.
Key Franchise Differentiators
- Transparent Pricing: Backed by a Best Price Guarantee to build consumer trust.
- Specialized Training: Mandatory CDP certification for caregivers to handle complex dementia cases.
- Operational Support: A low-overhead structure designed specifically for multi-territory scalability.
Future Growth and Market Outlook
Founded in 2014 following Dylewski’s personal experience coordinating care for his father, the brand has already served more than 3,500 families across Connecticut and Massachusetts. The move into Florida signals the beginning of a broader national rollout.
As the senior home care sector remains one of franchising’s most resilient categories, SOLENVIA Caregivers is currently in active negotiations with operators nationwide. The brand anticipates awarding additional territories in several new states in the coming months as demand for reliable, necessity-driven home care continues to surge.
